Do I need any experience to learn to wakesurf?

No experience needed. Most of our riders are first-timers. Wakesurfing is one of the easiest board sports to pick up — the boat does the work, the wave is gentle, and a lot of people are up and riding on their first day. Your captain handles the boat and walks you through everything from the dock.

Are lessons good for kids and families?

Yes. Wakesurfing is family-friendly and beginner-friendly — kids and adults can ride the same day on the same boat. We bring life jackets in a range of sizes, and the captain keeps things safe, patient, and fun for every age and skill level.

Which lakes can I take a lesson on?

We deliver the boat to marinas on 10 North Texas lakes: Lake Lewisville, Lake Grapevine, Lake Ray Hubbard, Lake Ray Roberts, Possum Kingdom Lake, Lake Texoma, Lake Tawakoni, Cedar Creek Lake, Eagle Mountain Lake, and Lake Granbury. Pick whichever is closest or your favorite — we come to you.

What's the difference between wakesurfing and wakeboarding?

Wakeboarding is rope-and-speed: you hold a handle and the boat pulls you to carve and jump the wake. Wakesurfing is rope-free: once you're up, you drop the rope and ride the boat's wave like an ocean wave. We teach both, and you can try each in the same session.
